Our liberal cancellation policies are as follows:

1. In case you want to cancel your booking with us, it can easily be done either by mail or a call. Remember that all cancellations will be acceptable against the booking ID provided at the time of the taxi booking.


2. GorakhpurTaxi doesn’t hold the responsibility for any cancellation or delay of service in a state of any natural calamity, confusion, traffic jam, etc.


3. No cancellations will be entertained if the booking was made on special occasions like Diwali, Dussehra, Christmas, New Year, etc. The reason being, the offers provided on these occasions are for a limited period thus, no cancellation shall be accepted.


4. The cancellation request will only be acceptable if it is made within 24 hours. Once it’s been a day since you booked our service, no cancellation request would be accepted.


5. Being a reliable taxi booking service we give our customers the right to cancel or change the booking of the selected vehicle at any point in time.

Refund Policy : Keeping all the aspects in mind, if the customer turns out to be eligible for refunds based on the cancellation policies applied, the set amount will be remitted back to you in 5-7 working days. In case you have any doubts, feel free to contact us any time of the day.
